WHAT HAPPENS IN THE SESSION
Here's how it works
01 — BOOK
Choose your session time. Pay upfront. You’ll receive a short pre-session form asking what you want to cover. Fill it in before you arrive — it means we can get straight to work.
02 — SHOW UP
One hour on Zoom with Sam or Steph. Bring your numbers if it’s a cash or Profit First session. Bring the problem if it’s something else. We start from wherever you are.
03 — LEAVE WITH ANSWERS
By the end of the hour you know what’s happening and what to do about it. No vague next steps. No "it depends." A specific diagnosis and a clear path forward.
This is not a free discovery call with a price tag.
A lot of businesses offer "strategy sessions" that are really sales calls in disguise. You spend an hour being walked through why you need their program and leave with a proposal instead of an answer.

The SIT IN is not that. You are paying for the hour because the hour is the product. The diagnosis you leave with is the value. Whether that leads to a next step with The O8 or not is entirely up to you.
